Ten seconds versus ten minutes

A fidget ring works in the middle of a meeting. A foot roller does not.

Most of what we sell is built for the moment something happens: portable, silent, immediate. Relaxation tools are the opposite. They need a bit of time and usually a room to yourself, and they suit the end of a day rather than the middle of one.

Both are useful. They are just answers to different questions.

What is in here, roughly

Pressure and movement: foot rollers, handheld massagers, acupressure tools. Physical rather than scented.

Weight and dark: weighted eye masks and similar. Sensory rather than active.

Water and scent: bath salts, shower steamers, balms. The longest of the three, and the ones that need a bath or a shower.

Light: SAD lamps and light therapy. Seasonal, and worth reading the product page carefully before buying.

What is in this collection?
Physical wellness tools rather than jewelry or printables. Massagers and foot rollers, weighted eye masks, shower steamers, bath salts, balms and light therapy lamps. Things you use on your body rather than carry in a pocket.
How is this different from your gift sets?
These are individual products, usually bought for yourself. Our gift sets are packaged combinations chosen for giving, and they arrive boxed with nothing on the outside naming what is inside.
Do these need batteries or charging?
Some do. Massagers and light lamps are powered, and each product page says whether a cable or batteries are included. Rollers, masks, balms and salts need nothing.
Are these suitable as gifts?
Yes, though they are not packaged for it by default. If you want it boxed, add a note at checkout and we will sort it out. We also leave pricing off the packing slip if it is going directly to someone else.
Can I use these alongside your other products?
That is how most people use them. A weighted eye mask and a worry stone do different jobs at different times of day. Nothing here conflicts with anything else we sell.
Is anything here scented?
Some of it. Bath salts, shower steamers and balms usually are, and the scent is listed on the product page. If you are sensitive to fragrance, check before ordering, since several are lavender based.
Do you ship these across Canada?
Yes. We ship from Kitchener, Ontario to Canada, the United States and internationally. Canadian orders arrive without surprise customs charges.
