What a fidget ring actually is?

A ring with a part that moves. Most have an outer band that spins freely around a fixed inner core, though some use beads, a rotating charm, or a textured surface you roll under your thumb. You'll see them called spinner rings, anxiety rings, worry rings and meditation rings, and they're broadly the same thing under different names. The idea is old. Tibetan prayer wheels worked on the same principle, and turning something small and repetitive with your hands has been a way of settling yourself for a very long time.
