What can you actually get for under $50?
More than you'd expect. This range covers stainless steel spinner rings, sterling silver bands and beaded designs. What you're giving up compared to our higher priced rings is precious metal weight and stone settings, not the mechanism itself. The spinning band works the same way at $25 as it does at $200.
Are cheaper fidget rings lower quality?
Cheaper materials, not cheaper construction. Everything in this collection is solid metal with a properly seated spinning band. What we don't sell at any price is plated base metal, which is where most inexpensive fidget rings fall down: the plating wears through within weeks and the band starts to catch.
Which material should I choose at this price point?
Stainless steel if you're rough on jewellery or want something that will never tarnish. Sterling silver if you have sensitive skin, since .925 silver is nickel free and nickel is the most common metal allergy. Both hold up to daily wear.
Will a stainless steel fidget ring tarnish?
No. Stainless steel doesn't tarnish, which makes it the lowest maintenance option we carry. Sterling silver can tarnish over time through contact with air and skin oils, but it polishes off in under a minute with a soft cloth.
