What's a good anxiety care package for someone else?
Buy for the person rather than the condition. Someone who bites their nails wants something for their hands. Someone who lies awake wants something for the evening. If you don't know, a fidget ring and a worry stone is the safest pair, since both are used in the moment and neither requires learning anything.
How much should I spend?
Less than you'd think. Most of what's here is under $30, and two things someone actually uses beat six that sit in a drawer. If you're building for yourself, start small and add what works.
Do these things actually help?
None of it is treatment, and we won't pretend otherwise. What these tools can do is give you something to reach for while a difficult moment passes, and give your hands and your breath somewhere to go. Plenty of people find that genuinely useful alongside therapy, medication or whatever else they're doing.
What's the difference between a fidget ring, a worry stone and a breathing necklace?
A fidget ring is worn, so it's always there and works in a room full of people. A worry stone is carried and gives more to hold onto. A breathing necklace works on the exhale rather than the hands, which helps most in an acute moment. Many people end up with two of the three.
Is there a pre-made anxiety kit?
We have gift sets if you'd rather not choose, though building your own usually works out better. Boxed sets tend to include things the person never uses, and you know them better than we do.
Can I build a toolkit for a child?
Yes. Silicone worry stones, sensory toys and putty suit younger children, and fidget rings and breathing necklaces suit older ones. Start inexpensive, since children lose things, and check individual product pages for age guidance.
Is there a discount for buying several items?
Orders over $150 include a free gift. Beyond that, most of what's here is inexpensive enough that a three or four item toolkit is a manageable purchase.

Yes. We ship to Canada, the United States and internationally from Kitchener, Ontario. Canadian orders arrive without surprise customs charges. Duties may apply outside Canada.
