How to use

1. Wash and dry feet thoroughly before application.
2. Remove the cover of the adhesive strip and affix to the printed side of the patch.
3. Apply patch to the bottom of each foot for a period of 7 nights
4. Discard patches each morning
5. To remove peel off the patch and adhesive sheet, discard immediately and rinse off any sticky residue.

Use patches only once.

Himalayan Salt, Bamboo Vinegar, Tourmaline, Dextrin, Chitin, Chamomile, Hawthorn, Folium Eriobotryae, Indigowoad Root.
