WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING/BILLING DATES AND DEADLINES?
Shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 for Canada and US.
The billingprocedure is: you are billed on the date of purchase and then the 20th of the month prior to the season moving forward.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY SUBSCRIPTION ENDS? CAN I CANCEL BEFOREHAND?
All of our subscriptions automatically renew at the end of their duration. If you do not wish to continue your subscription, you will need to cancel it before the 15th of the month prior to it renewing.
HOW DO I UPDATE/CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION, ADDRESS ETC.
